CW Transmitter on 17 meters amateur radio band (18.074MHz) using logic IC 74HC00 Quad 2 input NAND gate as local oscillator and NE602 Double balanced mixer and oscillator as second oscillator and mixer.

Logic IC 74HC00 oscillator transmit at 7.3728MHz and NE602 oscillator transmit at 10.7MHz. The final mixing frequency of both is around the 18,074MHz.
